Rising Hegemon
Apparently in Al Qaeda not only can they survive the perpetual proclaimed loss of "#3s" but they can also manage to demote Abu Al-Zarqawi and yet they continue to be our perpetual number two threat behind whatever country the Bush Administration wants to bomb.
Yet we cannot demote Donald Rumsfeld because it will send a bad signal?
Are they getting these talking points from Bin Laden or Zarqawi's media committees?
