Who Are We?

From TPM, we have these reports from Isikoff and the NYT that ought to shock any decent human being. Proof that the Bush years have been very bad indeed, that the fish rotting from the head phenomenon must be true. What is so ugly about it is that the treatment of detainees was specifically authorized by our Chimperor and all his loyal soldiers including, Rumsfeld and Gonzalez. And while it was going on this do-nothing Congress stood by and watched while the Executive branch flushed our mores right down the toilet.
