The World is WORSE off without Saddam Hussein

Ah, the constant Right-Wing talking point, shoved in our face ever since it became apparent in the late Summer of 2003 that not only had the mission not been accomplished, but not even considered.

I'm sure that Kofi Annan doesn't spend anytime at all considering what Little Green Footballs thinks of him...which is good because after all not only is he a "ferrener", but he's from the "UN" and he's "brown". Three strikes and your a jihadist.

Nevertheless, there is more than a little truth in what he says:

The level of violence in Iraq is "much worse" than that of Lebanon's civil war, outgoing U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan said in an interview aired Monday.

Speaking to the British Broadcasting Corp., Annan agreed that the average Iraqi's life is worse now than it was under Saddam Hussein and called the situation in the country "extremely dangerous."

"Given the level of violence, the level of killing and bitterness and the way that forces are arranged against each other, a few years ago, when we had the strife in Lebanon and other places, we called that a civil war; this is much worse," Annan said.

Other than gettin' Saddam's gun, there is little that Bush has accomplished to make him "feel good". Which is why 44 out of 45 historians agree, "he sucks".
