Who supports the Troops

The obscenely posed snide remark of Mona Charon in the last post:

The President also plans to ask for a larger army – a little late and so necessary! It will be interesting to see how the Democrats in Congress handle that one. All that talk of supporting the troops. . .

Non Farsi-speaking, sleazeball befriending, more more more war flouting Michael Ledeen says this at the very same locale today:
Note that an increase in embeds doesn’t necessarily require an increase in overall troop strength. We’ve got lots of soldiers sitting on megabases all over Iraq. They should be out and about, some of them embedded, others just moving around, tracking the terrorists, hunting them down. I don’t know how many guys and gals are sitting in air-conditioned quarters and drinking designer coffee, but it’s a substantial number. Enough of that.

So sayeth Michael Ledeen from his comfortable Thinktank in Washington D.C. that the "TROOPS ARE LAZY".

Unfucking believable.
