Granted this judicial nominee takes gratuitous and bigoted broadsides at less powerful minority plaintiffs, but we endorse him nonetheless for a lifetime appointment because that's all his opponents have -- that he's a gratuitous bigot. We, therefore, could not possibly do anything but endorse him.
