I've often thought the same thing, Atta. But, then, the media have been running around like Chicken Little yelling "the sky is falling" since 9:03 a.m. EST on September 11, 2001.
No disrespect to victims and their families intended.
I've long held that diligent law enforcement, coupled with commonsense vigilance, will bring terrorists, many of whom stupid and inept, to justice. Yes, there are fanatics determined to eliminate us, but crazed media and Homeland Security hysteria don't help the situation.
