Ryan, a Miami alum, attended the game earlier today, where he chatted
with tailgaters, played a game of cornhole, flipped some burgers and
took pictures with excited fans, according to one pool report.

Cornhole is a fun backyard game that can be played with a beer in one hand. And it isn't near as dirty as it sounds!
Miami of Ohio likes to think of itself as a Midwest Ivy as in Ivy League. It does have a lot of big pretty buildings that could make you think of an Ivy League school at first glance and they are one of the richest public unis in the country. The resemblance ends there. My daughter was offered a large scholarship but chose another school. Primarily because M-O is such a conservative bastion. A Miami student she met while on a campus visit told her that the day after Obama was elected the majority of faculty and students were walking around like their dogs had just died. So of course Paulie is well loved there.
