I do NOT need a Kagan planning for "our next war" thank you very much.
Two queries;
1. How the hell does this guy get a job working for an institution called "for Peace"?
2. Can't we get done losing the last one he started before we get to work on the next waste of hundreds of thousands and trillions of dollars?
