Ah, McCain merchandise, is there no unintentional you cannot produce?

But as this blogger points out, Nautical symbols have meanings on ships. And this combination means:

J - Juliet -I am on fire and have dangerous cargo on board: keep well clear of me, or I am leaking dangerous cargo.

S - Sierra - My vessel is stopped and making no way through the water.

M - Mike - I Am Stopped
