"This is not some manager at McDonald's chewing out the help," said a source with close ties to the White House when told about these outbursts. "This is the President of the United States, and it's not a pleasant sight."
Actually, I would say it is like some manager at McDonalds if only that was not such an unfair slam at so many people that really do have to work hard, make decisions, deal with an impatient public, and juggle the schedules of teenagers, under-educated adults, senior citizens, and the working poor. Nope, what an unfair comparison to every person who has had to work for a living.
No worries here though because as Bush said:
"I've got a job to do," he told reporters last week. "The American people expect me to do my job, and I'm going to."
Yep, he has to get up every day, go to briefings where he is informed of what Fox news says is the news of the day, given sanitized national security briefings, strut around acting "presidential", get his ass licked, throw a few tantrums in private so that aides are kept in line, exercise, watch SportsCenter, and go to bed.
What do we expect anyway?
