I happened to see how MSNBC and CNN covered Bush's throwing out of the first pitch in Cincy yesterday. They were lustily shilling on behalf of the "regular guy" approach talking about how the crowd was cheering. God knows what FoxNews was doing.
Ah, but what did the press NOT report?
Oh, yes, that in addition to appearing in a traditionally Republican city, Bush made sure he surrounded himself (again!) with service people who were wounded in action. As much to use them as a buffer as to honor them.
