Rock and Roll Pioneer Bo Diddley Passes

For those of us who care about the history of Rock and Roll, Rock, Pop, R&B, Rhythm, Juke Joint Music, and all of the intersections of guitar driven music -- we have lost a giant of music today. 

Say what you want but in this era of computer generated artists and so-called "singers", Bo Diddley was one of the original players of blues-rock-guitar stomp.  He may not have been as pure as other founding figures but he could grab an audience and make them shake their groove-thing with just a guitar, driving beat, and a voice as rough as sandpaper.
