This can only be described as great news for liberty and freedom and the American cause. Oh wait, No. It's exactly the opposite.

This is the most pissed I've been in a long, long time. When I first heard about this decision this morning, things started breaking (It's okay, none of it was mine) I cannot wait for the next tea buggery son of a bitch to tell me his version of the Constitution, or about activist Judges or wrap themselves in the flag 'cause someone else is fighting for our Freedoms.....
Again....Have these fuckers ever read the IV and VI Amendment ???? Do they FUCKING UNDERSTAND AMERICAN ? Or does it really end at only the Second and some of the First ????

Sadly, no, sadly no, and sadly yes.
There aren't words to handle this. The death penalty, on it's own, has been proven to be a travesty as verdicts aren't always right. Unbelievable when one proven innocent can't get justice. There aren't words...
Laws? what fuckin laws.
If I remember, Scalia was already on record saying actual innocence wasn't grounds for a federal appeal (I also think he tried to walk that back a bit, but it's not like we didn't know he was and is a bloodthirsty ghoul).
HEY! he's alive, that should be enough. taint the justice system awesome?

One of the main reasons for having an actual justice system is to avoid vigilante justice.
Now, three guesses: what do YOU think desperate people are going to do if they are deliberately prevented from getting actual justice from the actual justice system?
