American Decathlete and gold medal favorite Ashton Eaton has started off his pursuit of a medal with a 100-meter time that sets a World Record for decathletes 10.35.

 I wish him good luck, of course, on his medal pursuit. But also because a certain family is looking to replace their old American Decathlete with a new model.
