In Virginia prior to the shutdown things were not going well for ultra-conservative oral sex hater Ken Cuccenelli, but when your ideological kinsfolk put a half-million Virginia Federal Employees out of work that coffin in
nailed shut.
Democrat Terry McAuliffe has jumped to a 17-point lead over Republican Ken Cuccinelli in the Virginia gubernatorial race following the federal government shutdown that hit Northern Virginia hard and Hillary Clinton’s weekend visit to the state.
For anybody to be nearly 20 points behind Terry McAuliffe is a tremendous feat, but Ken Cuccenelli is the kind of politician that plans on losing for as much as possible, no matter how uninspiring the alternative.
Behold the
secret plan.
Rick Santorum is signing up volunteers for a “strikeforce” to help Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli in his bid to become governor of Virginia.

A rousing chorus of Amazing Grace for Ken Cuccinelli.
No, better, Nearer My God To Thee. With bagpipes.
In your guts. You know they’re nuts.
I was going to post some snark comparing Rick Santorum to someone even more crazy and less relevant, but I couldn't think of anyone.
Bring in someone even more cra-zee than your candidate? Srsly?
Who's "the Cooch's" campaign manager; the same guy that ran Todd Akins campaign?
Even Baldrick could come up with a more cunning plan than "bring in Frothy." And it would generate more laughs, as well.

Cuccinelli has been trailing his Democratic opponent, Terry McAuliffe, by about 8 points in recent polls...now that Santorum's joined we can probably add on another 20 points to those polls.
i sure hope the democrat does not SUCK in office.
Oh, you can count on McAuliffe sucking--it's what he does best. This is definitely a contest to pick the person who will suck less, and Virginia voters are obviously coming to that conclusion, too. McAuliffe may suck like a Hoover on steroids, but, The Cooch will suck like the vacuum of space.
