Skirting Godwin

I'm not saying Bush is Hitler (nor, unlike Bush would I compare Bin Laden to Hitler*), but you have to think that this kind of clapping greeted the latter say in the early Spring of 1943.




Bush gave the neo-cons the raw meat speech they needed yesterday, as the war porn had become less and less satisfactory. But for the rest of the nation -- hell the planet -- the speech was ridiculous. Having promised for the 50th time (at least) to give a speech describing in "more detail than ever" the "War on Terra", Bush once again delivered an atrocious kidney-bean induced fart of a speech, whose main virtue was how badly he pronounced, "Iz-lamb-oh-fast-ism".

There is a reason why his popularity ratings are now tanking even worse -- and a reason it is only going to get worse. Katrina exposed to the general public, what those of us who have been disturbed by this guy have long known -- he has no damned idea what he is doing, none.
