White people were 100% of the people who wrote the Constitution, 100% of the people who wrote the Declaration of Independence...the Country was built by white folks.

Yes, because black people in bondage apparently only did stuff like build the American Capital where white people could sing paeans to freedom and equality and eventually whine about how awful affirmative action is (just ask Jonah Goldberg, Bill Kristol, John Podhoretz or even Bay Buchanan).

It also appears by Pat's reckoning Hispanics did not exist in America until the sixties. But still that's close enough for punditry.
