The very heights of garish faux patriotism

Saw this on Wonkette, unbelievable -- and just full of righteous dick-a-tude.

Comes with HTML explanations of their symbolism and they are, well, they are.

Notice Lincoln singing lead in a performance of "Mammy" with John Adams and Alexander Hamilton as his "Pips".

Notice the American Soldier on the right with the gratuitously symbolic name of "King" as in "Martin Luther King" unknown until now as a well-known advocate of exerting our military strength...um...yeah.

Check out the black guy on the left, holding a copy of Glenn Beck's favorite crazy, racist, Mormon historian. There are, all told by my reckoning, four black people in the whole painting (Fredrick Douglass and Harriet Tubman pushed -- ironically -- way in the back) ...one gratuitous "F-16 Pilot", and only one other non-white person of indeterminate origin (lower left) described...shockingly...as an immigrant frightened or something of all our religious freedom (as long as it involves Jesus of course).

So dense, and well, dense.
