Portland ? George the Elders "Little Beirut" .... Well doesn't that make all kinds of sense now. 18 mos to groom a sick little kid into scareing us again. If COINTELPRO is of any guidance, the FBI is only interested in incitement, because that's the thing that promotes indictments.
