The "Zodiac" actor arranged showings for "GasLand" earlier this year and voiced his concerns about the practice in relation to the national water supplies.

considering that Pennsylvania had to do a huge backtrack a couple of months ago over use of private "homeland security" contractors who were being paid millions of dollars for "security intel" and those contractors were caught red-handed feeding information on suspected terror groups including the anti-drilling / fracking folks... It's not much of a stretch from there to more than a few folks ending up on some government "terror" list.
Now that the fracking moratorium has passed in NY and awaits the Gov's signature, Mark should be getting upgraded to Waterboarding any day now.
