Except, of course,
when he isn't.

And the Rick Santorum presidential campaign has lifted that quote and put it front-and-center of their campaign flier in an effort to rally the conservative base ahead of the February 28 Michigan and Nevada primaries.

Santorum spent too many years as the butt-boy of K Street to be getting all demure now.
Hmmm, i'm pretty convinced Mr. O'Reilly doesn't have any hard earned money
