Dead-ender

Since we are coming up on the ignominious tenth anniversary of an economy-wrecking, enemy producing, falsely-based war crime it is only fair to note that "Dead-Enders" come in all shapes and hues.

"Rob is a great friend and a longtime ally," Boehner, the top Republican in Congress, told ABC's This Week. "I believe that marriage is the union of one man and one woman. It's what I grew up with. It's what I believe. It's what my church teaches me. And I can't imagine that position would ever change," added Boehner, who is a Roman Catholic.

Republican Governor Scott Walker (WI) — a likely GOP candidate for president in 2016 — admitted on Sunday that young conservatives support marriage equality for gays and lesbians, suggesting that the Republican party cannot sustain its opposition to same-sex marriage into the future.

There's nothing more pathetic than an old bigot holding on to his biases while they know society is leaving them behind.

Until you realize he's still allowed enough power to screw everything else up too.
