Patrick Leahy, pledging allegiance to the moral authority of a body that would have let Saddam sit and continue to tyrannize the Iraqi people while his people made bucks off his victims, continues the Bolton bashing (though Leahy has "no doubt that Mr. Bolton is a very intelligent person"), but concedes he'll likely be confirmed, albeit by the "tiniest" margin.

Especially since between us and the insurgents we've really solved that "tyranizing" problem, and we've managed to blow at least as much as Saddam and deprive the Iraqi's of it, and our taxpayers from knowing where the hell it went. And when not being tyranized, many have received the sweet release of death. And those not being terrorized, tortured or murdered by one side or another, are certainly not better off in day-to-day living standards.

Not exactly a news flash, but what a pile of shit eaters.
