Cannot Republicans and Democrats come together and just ban Bush from making any sort of proposal involving his ideas of government insurance reform? This is disaster in the making.

The president also plans to call for an expansion of health savings accounts, an idea long favored by conservatives and approved by Congress slightly more than two years ago, in which people who buy bare-bones insurance policies are allowed to put money into tax-free accounts for their medical expenses.

Those of you with enough money to buy health insurance and dump a few hundred dollars a month into a health care fund that you won't be able to really do anything with except get a tax deduction raise your hands.

Oh, look just the rich people.

Bottom line for the Bush Plan - same as the old Bush Plan.
