Daniel Day-Lewis: 'I had to kiss Clooney'
"He's just a great guy. I had to kiss someone. I kissed my wife, and in the interest of parity, I kissed George." ... He chose the Michael Clayton actor because "George has been there for me"...(Adding that in the Italian-American family in which I was raised, males would kiss each other "Hello" or "Goodbye" and not give it a second thought. It's nice to see Daniel Day-Lewis give George Clooney a friendly peck on the cheek at an emotional moment in front of zillions of people. Time to grow the hell up, America.)
