When Lying is an Occupational Hazard

In this political season, where lying is part of being the Republican candidate for president - we see that music reviewers bend and distort the truth to serve their purposes as well.

DrJ of the SchoolofRock Blog and Internet radio show -- in the interest of disclosure several of us from this blog call in to that show -- points out the hypocrisy in a Maxim review of the soon to be released new Black Crowes record.  A review that is based on never hearing the record.  Not one note.  I may not be a paid music reviewer, Atta J. Turk runs a tight ship don't you know, but even I only write about music that I have heard.  Otherwise, how would you know what it sounds like?
