By Request

It's true William F. Buckley, founder of the National Review is dead.

He was a racist, a sexist, a homophobe, a red baiter, and in Gore Vidal's words a "cryptofascist".*

And yet, compared to the people who took over his masthead, all class.

The Funeral will be scheduled as follows:

Friday 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Private Viewing
Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Public Viewing
Saturday 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Peggy Noonan Displaying (and rutting)

*He did moderate and admit error on some of these things later in life...after he'd been demolished on them. At least the guy could admit error, albeit belatedly -- puts him one up on his succeeding generation.
