Hell, Fox has been hiring the likely Repug Prez wannabes for months now, but, the reason Santorum and Newticles were suspended was to give the appearance that Fox is concerned about propriety (as if!), because both have either said publicly that they're seeking the nomination or have formed exploratory committees.
All the rest--the Huckster, the Grifter and the other Beck-Brained Feebs haven't definitively committed to run, AFAIK.
It's a balancing act--they get continued free exposure and increasing name recognition and Fox stipends to keep their wallets full, but they can't raise political funds while doing so.
The moment they have to start putting together organizations in Iowa and New Hampshire, that's when they'll bow out of Fox and declare.

Anyway, the most likely reason that Grifterella and Huckabee weren't suspended is that they've probably let the bigs know that they LOOOOOOVVVE the sweet bucks they're getting at Fox and don't have any intention of spilling any of that gravy for a costly run and hard work running for Pres... especially since there wouldn't be any payoff in the end... neither one of them stands a chance of actually getting elected... and they know it.

Good news! Fox News is not coming to Canada since our Bush-lite government couldn't get around the govt regulation forbidding broadcasters to deliberately lie.
RFK Jr: Since corporate profit-taking is not an attractive vessel for populism, a political party or broadcast network that makes itself the tool of corporate and financial elites must lie to make its agenda popular with the public.
Little Ricky is a vapid twit and delusional. He is running for VP but has long lost his flavor. Ya can't get by in the Rebublican't primaries with just "Hey-Zeus" anymore. If you want to see his act, you will have to catch the early debates. Oh, and the debates are gonna be awfulsome. 'Specially if both the girls , Ricky, Huckleberry, His Newtiness and Mittens all show up. ..... The Daily Show has a built in new segment. "At least I'm smarter than some 5th grader"
