Worlds coming together

Brought to you by the Assad Family:
Syrian warplanes launched a series of strikes on the outskirts of Damascus Saturday as President Bashar al-Assad's regime pressed a bid to drive back rebels, a monitoring group said. Fresh fighting meanwhile erupted in several flashpoint areas around the capital, while the army renewed its shelling on besieged rebel areas of the central city of Homs, said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Meanwhile, in a nation not engaged in a civil war...but brought to you by the NRA:
Chicago had a violent Fourth Of July weekend, with nine dead and 48 injured from shootings across the city as of Sunday morning. Two boys are among the injured, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
Funny how similar the violence and death is...yet one is considered an international outrage while the other is just another weekend in gun-loving America.

One of those two kids was a five year old boy named Jaden Donald. Jaden and his mom were coming home from watching fireworks at the park, when a gang member started firing at a couple of other guys from another gang. One shot missed, and tore through little Jaden’s spleen, pancreas, and kidney. He’s on a respirator at a suburban hospital, and might or might not make it. The gangbanger, Darrell E. Chambers, is under arrest without bail.

Darrell E. Chambers is the NRA.
