Need another reason to get out and vote Kerry

For those of you who like your Supreme Court inclined to like democracy, keep a check on State's Rights, think that the civil rights laws are there to help people instead of corporations, or just want to make sure that Roe v. Wade remains the law of the land, Rehnquist is being treated for thyroid cancer.

If he retires (and I hope it's just retires) because of it, that opens a right-wing slot, put a moderate in that spot and the Supreme Court becomes the Constitution's friend again.

So moderates and liberals, get out there and vote!
