Colorado legislators have recently taken aggressive steps to impose
arbitrary restrictions on the free exchange of ideas. Mark Hillman, the current Colorado Senate Minority Leader, has stated that, " It's time that the Legislature set clear...Parameters of 'academic freedom'."
