Rising Hegemon
The 2009 Bush Administration uniform will be a lovely vertical striped outfit made from a 70% cotton/polyester blend with a rear flap for easy relief and/or entry. This blend should wear well no matter the climate in which you are detained. At the same time it will be slimming for Dick, yet stylish for Condi.
