Do not do this, San Francisco. I'm warning you. There is no place that New Yorkers hate and avoid more than Times Square. Once you agree to it, the horror will slowly creep out of the originally designated area and you'll grow to loathe even more of your city. Do yourselves a favor and come up with some original concept for revitalizing your neighborhood.
