Are we using Poison Gas in Iraq?

Bob Nichols has an amazing report about the possibility that the US Military has used weaponized uranium oxide gas. While these reports will have to be verified, if they accurate this raises the stakes considerably and leads to increasing call for a serious war crimes investigation. What does this mean for a country already losing its way?
