The Theodore Bilbo Minstrel Show

Alan Keyes just keeps doing what he can to break the low barrier he began with, polling in the high 20s. He seems determined to make his numbers plummet to the teens.

Of course, we started with the situation of Mr. Keyes coming to Illinois from Maryland after making "on-the-record" statements criticising Hillary Clinton as a carpetbagger in 2000.

Since then, Keyes has made wacked-out John Bircher-type statement after statement. From saying that Obama was upholding the slaveholding position on abortion (pro-choice?...okay...) to saying that the 17th Amendment should be repealed, the Amendment that requires the direct election of Senators possible.

Well today Keyes was caught for having parroted one of the most infamous of Jerry Falwell's legacy of stupid quotes by asserting that there is a direct correlation between abortion and why 9/11 happened.

Wow, Jerome Corsi and Alan Keyes all in the same news period. Harvard University Post-Graduate Program is, I am sure, really enjoying this publicity.
