Jeebus, What Didn't Cheney Lie about?

Last night at the debate Dick Cheney stated:

"Now, in my capacity as vice president, I am the president of Senate, the presiding officer. I'm up in the Senate most Tuesdays when they're in session."

Diarist Dave the Pro demonstrates that this is a boldface lie as well.
