Drumroll please!

The nice thing about the insular, faith-based world, that Bushophiles live in, is the unintentional comedy.

"Tom Ridge wrote the preface and the first chapter to a long book that's going to be open for generations" -- the domestic war on terrorism, said Frank Cilluffo, a former associate of Ridge's in the Bush White House who now heads George Washington University's homeland security program. "A quite phenomenal amount has been done in only two years."

Uh-huh.

Tom Ridge did not write the preface, let alone the first chapter. He provided us with a tourist brochure, and gave us two colors we will never, ever, use again.

What an unbelievable fraud the Department of Homeland Security is.
