Time for Criminal Investigation

I think a crinminal investigation is in order reviewing the seething greed of the oil, petro, and gasoline companies. Underfunding refinery inprovments with the record profits that oil companies are seeing? Absolutely ridiculous. I don't know about many of you out there in RH land, but I have cut several driving trips from my daily activities because I cannot afford to buy the gas.

I wonder how high the price has to reach before Americans will cut back on our gas consumption? Or get the Oils-men out of office?
