Dopes everywhere...

Someday perhaps John Tierney will have it explained to him the different physics of fire versus a large mass of water. Perhaps someone will tell him the difference in cost and scale between a levee and a fire sprinkler.

My guess is that people have, but facts about water go off his cranium as if it were a duck's back.
