Keeping his eye on the humanitarian disaster ball

"I know the country is focused on my inability to save people...but I need to make crisp decisions.

For example, you will probably not notice that I took this opportunity to use my powers to appoint a dude who couldn't get approved by the Senate because he was tied up with torturin' folks.

So to sum up...disaster in an American city populated primarily by poor black people...my hands are tied.
