Oh, now you are getting around to that huh?

Boehner's reaction to Obama's gay marriage statements are rather muted:

"The president can talk about it all he wants," Boehner said. "I'm going to stay focused on what the American people want us to stay focused on, and that's jobs."

Oh, now you want to get around to that huh bub?

There was one little kicker:

Boehner said he believes marriage is "the union of one man and one woman."

In particular one Orange Man and one very pale Woman joining together to create Tangerine children.

Yep, we all know how much Republicans respect and cherish unions.

I believe that marriage is the union of one man, his wife, his concubines and his female slaves.

Call me old fashioned, but as a firm Old Testament believer, I just have to take a stand on this.

If FDR could speak from the grave he would advise Obama to stick to his principles. Coming out for believing that homosexuality doesn't make you a second class citizen isn't brave, it's the right and thing to do. I'm hissing FDR woshed he'd made that decision about concentration camps for Japanese AMERICANS.
Otherwise, he had a pretty good record.

And what does he call the union between a man and his mistress?
