Boy the last time Osama was heard from on these shores was about week before the election. Conveniently spouting his points and allowing Neil Cavuto to say Osama was all but wearing a Kerry button -- a convenient and well-timed White House Talking Point.

And here is Osama showing up all of the sudden on the very day the White House issues 42 pages of bilge it calls a legal argument for President Dic(k)tator doing whatever the fuck he pleases from extrapolations of other documents that say no such thing.

We also haven't had a "terror alert" since before the election in 2004 (where we seemed to have them every fucking time Kerry had momentum) we're about due. The terror alert has been yellow so long, regular FoxNews viewers have it burned into the lower left of their cathode ray tubes -- much like the yellow-stain has been burned into Sean Hannity's back.

So naturally, we will get a terror altert about the time the NSC domestic spying hearings are gaveled to order, or some other strategically positive time for the Bush Imperium.

Followed by Osama's return this fall, symbolically riding a donkey.
