Once O'Reilly finally kills someone in a fit of rage (caveat, may have already happened for all I know) and gets caught (it's the second half of the premise that's the substantial thing, knowing how to dispose of a body only impresses Roger Ailes all the more) they're going to need someone to replace him (tired of parentheticals yet?).
