The old catastrophic double disaster

When it comes to the Bush Administration Decisions versus Reality in major battle, reality is doing a Cannae on these chumps.

In Iraq on top of the underreported loss of $9 Billion under Paul Bremer, we have the pending scandal of the Iraqi's squandering $1.3 to $2.3 Billion to fight the insurgency with pointed sticks.

We have the "spend another $200 Billion without sacrifice plan [unless you work for PBS]" for 'Nawlins.

Now the the indictment of the main Bush procurement czar.

A nation certainly will have its share of stubborn leaders who refuse to admit defeat against all odds to the disaster of the nation. See Stalingrad. But the more dangerous situation is what we have now, where a leader starts a war against all logic and reason leading to the point where there stubborness makes it worse. See Stalingrad.
