Rising Hegemon
The Romney Campaign announced on January 28th that Kris Kobach would become an advisor to the campaign on immigration issues. Kris Koback is the Senior Counsel at the Immigration Reform Law Institute.
The institute is considered, by organizations who track anti-immigrant activity, to be a front group for the Federation for American Immigration Reform. Recently, the Federation for American Immigration Reform was added to the hate group list of the distinguished Southern Poverty Law Center. The Federation for American Immigration Reform is known for its controversial ties to political extremists that include white supremacists individuals and organizations.
