Real and Imaginary

I see that ESPN did the "brave" thing and allowed Manti Te'o (well, his agent) to manipulate them and their interviewing to his benefit. However, there still does seem to me to be a difference between imaginary girlfriends and what some folks are alleged to have done to, y'know real women. And yeah, Notre Dame could ask that question too. You'd think the latter might be more worthy of twitter meltdowns and media coverage.

There's something profoundly warped about Catholic education, from the colleges to high schools to the primary schools.

If Manti Te'o had gone to USC, none of this would have happened.

I'm glad my fuckups at age 20 weren't national news. Best advice, come clean, move on

The kid didn't lie. He "tailored" his story. Nice touch.
