Illegal Immigration hits New High

According to MOJO's Blog discussing a PEW Research study on immigration.

The number of undocumented immigrants has reached 10.3 million and keeps on growing; Mexicans account for the largest chunk, at 57 percent, or 6 million; undocumented migrants now represent about one-third of the total foreign-born US population; the most rapid growth of illegal immigration occurred in states without a long tradition of immigration, especially North Carolina and Arizona.

One has to wonder if this large bloc of potential voters would vote democrat or republican? Of course, perhaps first they need some basic citizen rights given to them first. And decent health care. And maybe Clean air and water. Who doesn't want good quality education for everyone. Wha? Who am I kidding? They are not going to do anything because the American government is too busy working the Schiavo case.
