I suppose that requires a mitigating conditional--the blogger was a former conservative Republican operative who purportedly was boinking a conservative Republican candidate for the governorship of South Carolina.

The blogger is I believe single; Attaturk missed the unique part of this scandal, that this is a female Republican politician allegedly cheating on her husband.
