Who else to blame but the Chinese? The Mexicans? Venezuelans? Brazilians? Haitians? Arizonians? Gotta blame someone, certainly not anyone in or out of high office. By the way, who you calling merican worker? There really aren't so many these days. vox
China may not be selling off national/natural resources as aggressively now due to nationalist pride, and also in recognition that they will need those resources as their (superior, in their eyes) country continues to grow while the free trade West stagnates. The West of course, is only too happy to sell off anything that's not nailed down.
Check out the book "Lost on Planet China" by Maartin Troost; excellent insight and a fun (in some places) read as well. Worth every moment.
