Ah, yes..., what this country needs is a lot of armed vigilantes to protect us against bogeymen... what could possibly go wrong with such a sensible, non-insane plan such as this?

Yes, indeed, it is. Funny thing, though. More bullets in the magazine doesn't make them go higher (which is why militants on the ground haven't had any luck shooting them down in Pakistan or Yemen or Afghanistan). There's this thing called physics about which Louie is very much in need of education. (Well, that's not the only thing he's in need of--he's a moron whose education is deficient in many different ways.)
